Our product range is designed to assist against slipping in many instances. Reasonable judgement should be used in all circumstances particularly if injury may result. Generally, the higher the cost of the product, the better the non-slip qualities are. Warnings must be heeded.

We will not be held liable for, and you will agree to indemnify us against damage or injury caused by any product sold through us or our distributors, or for the information or communications given thorough this site or that of any links that are given throughout our site.

If unsure, or when undertaking any new exercise, please seek the advice of qualified professionals (such as Physician) or to use. Particular care must be taken if there are any pre-existing condition, pregnant/nursing or elderly. No product descriptions, statements or uses contained here or given by anyone associated with this site, or this Company are medical opinions.

The purchaser of our goods takes full responsibility for the proper use, storage and maintenance of these goods. Please note that our products are not made for children to use. Please ensure that you do store these goods out of reach of children.

    PGP can be used to send messages confidentially. For this, PGP combines symmetric-key encryption and public-key encryption. The message is encrypted using a symmetric encryption algorithm, which requires a symmetric key. Each symmetric key is used only once and is also called a session key. The session key is protected by encrypting it with the receiver's public key thus ensuring that only the receiver can decrypt the session key.  Shipping & Orders

  • The easiest and most precise way to order your goods is via our online store.

  • This is a guarantee for both sides - us and you - to ensure that you order the right products and provide us with the correct details.

  • Whilst we welcome your call it is a good idea to have our web-site on your computer at the same time so no mistakes can be made.

Purchase Orders

For Ordering with Purchase Orders - please see the section 'Purchase Orders' below. If you wish to pay EFT, or by cheque in advance, please contact us by phone or email in advance and ALWAYS provide a reference so we can pick up from our Bank Statements. Please advise if you need our Australian Tax I.D.

Delivery Method

On most occasions we use Australian Post as well as contracted road freighters for our deliveries. Changes may apply depending on the goods you have ordered. If there is an urgent rush we can expedite delivery with a Premium Service, we can quote you separately on this if you wish.

Minimum Postage Charge

Minimum postage charge is AUD$18.00 + GST and added to the account prior to shipping.
OUR SHIPPING PRICES ARE DETERMINED BY WEIGHT AND LOCATION.

We use a wide variety of different carriers for our products, with just a few different carriers.

Shipping time

Normal delivery times are between 2 - 7 business days.
(Please note that Far North Queensland, NT & WA may take a few extra days.)

Please note drivers are unable to call with delivery time prior to delivery. If you want to use a specific delivery company, just organize them to pick up the goods from us (we will let you know when the goods are ready).

 International Orders

Many of the products we sell are quite heavy and costs for postage and delivery can get high. As a guide line it is more economical per kg to order in bulk in one shipment (up to 20kg). For items that are too big for the post, we can send by sea freight or air freight.

Deliveries within Australia to go overseas must be accompanied by a copy of the overseas travel ticket or itinerary. All international orders must be paid in full in advance and are GST free. We do not take responsibility for any additional costs, delays or issues caused by customs.

 Bulk Pricing

If quantity discounts are not listed for a product please email us at wholesale@empind.com.au or call us on (03) 9500 1819.

Please note that sale discounts do not apply to wholesale prices unless specified. Items in your order will be processed at the lower of wholesale or discounted price.

Free Mat Swatches are available for wholesale customers, including yoga and pilates instructors, studios, health and fitness centres, schools and others placing bulk orders. You must advise by email to wholesale@empind.com.au your complete postal address and a contact telephone number where we can reach you.

 PRICES

The prices here are international in Australian Dollars. Sales in Australia have GST applied automatically at checkout. International customers do not pay GST. There are a range of discounts available for wholesale / retail / export / quantity. Many of our products are now offered with a low cost alternative, please do not hesitate to inquire. Some discounts are calculated on check-out and free items have to be ordered with that free option, that do not come automatically.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EMP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EMP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EMP shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 RETURNS

If items are damaged in transit, that must be reported to us immediately so that we can follow up as we hold insurance to cover this within Australia. In that case we will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the damaged item(s) returned to us. We may ask your co-operation in this by providing you with a Reply Paid Postal account Number for you to take back to the post office, or in signing off on a return con-note that the pick up driver will provide before we can provide a replacement item.


If the fault is not due to freight, our normal policy is to ask for a regular envelope size sample of the damage together with an emailed image and Purchase Order / Invoice Number it pertains to (proof or purchase) to be sent to us in order to put through a claim.

Unused items with factory seals may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 30 days from purchase. Products returned without our prior approval may be refused and will not be credited. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, a minimum of $20 or 15% whichever is the greater. We do not accept returns on any used, superseded, customised, AS IS, special order, discounted or sale items, nor any video, book, cd, cassette tapes, blown up balls, broken items etc. We reserve the right to refuse to take back goods which may have been subjected to unhygienic conditions

We ask you to please check the suitability of the material for your purpose before you sew or glue it to another product.  All claims to be submitted in writing with full contact details. Faulty product claims should be accompanied by an image being emailed to us on customercare@empind.com.au autogether with proof of purchase. Images taken with a basic camera such as a mobile cell phone are acceptable.

 
We do not accept returns on international orders. Additional freight fees may be charged after order processing if information is not accurate. Shipping charges are not refundable. It is your responsibility to insure the goods during return as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in the post or damaged when being returned. Please allow at least 2 working weeks for your return to arrive and a replacement to come back to you before calling or emailing us to query the transaction.

 Order Cancellation

Our order process is to process orders within minutes of receiving them. You have the opportunity to cancel your online placed orders but it must be immediately after ordering. Call us on +61 (0)3 9500 1819 for any order cancellations and if possible email us as well.

Please note that you must cover ALL incurred costs (shipping, handling, return and maybe a restocking fee) if goods have already gone out. Already shipped orders can often not be cancelled without charge to you. In some cases we can stop the delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to one-to-one basis.

 Purchase Orders

We gladly accept purchase orders from schools, universities and Government organisations on account. Orders from corporations, fitness and health clubs and all other businesses must be paid for prior to shipping. In some circumstances, with regular bulk customers we can email you a Credit Application to be completed and returned to us together with your Order.

All purchase orders must contain your name, contact phone numbers and your email address.

We should reply to you as soon as we receive your purchase order to confirm the receipt of your order. We then try to pack and ship your order as soon as possible (depending on time and day of your order). Please remember that we are based in Victoria and do not work on Public Holidays which may vary from State to State. Should you have any queries on whether or not we will accept a purchase order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 Promotions

We try to offer our customers great quality products at low prices. Often we have special promotions and discounts on specially marked items online or through seasonal newsletters and weekly specials. These special promotions exclude quantity discounts or wholesale pricing. All promotional sales are final with no return. We reserve the right to modify or change our promotions at any given time. Also we are not liable for errors or misprints in the promotion. Further sales promotions or special discounts may only be valid for a short period of time.
