The second disc DVD is a visual relaxation experience with nature. It sets a scene where you can draw upon natures abundant reserves to nourish, strengthen, soothe and relax yourself.
Set in the magnificent Australian landscape it focuses on the five elements of nature. EARTH, WATER, FIRE, AIR & ETHER.
All you have to do is sit, listen, observe and let go with 30 minutes of allowing yourself to become one with nature.
